Chocolate Chip Cookies
A simple, straightforward, amazingly delicious chocolate chip cookie that's doughy yet still fully cooked, turning out perfectly every single time with no funny ingredients or chilling time required.

1.Preheat oven
Preheat oven to 190 degrees Celsius. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
2.Mix dry ingredients
In a medium bowl mix 410g flour, 1tsp baking soda, 0.5tsp baking powder and 1.5tsp salt. Set aside.
3.Cream butter
Cream together 230g butter and 200g sugar and 200g light brown sugar until combined.
4.Add wet ingredients
Beat in 2pcs eggs and 2tsp vanilla extract until light (about 1 minute).
5.Combine wet and dry
Mix in the dry ingredients until combined.
6.Add chocolate chips
Add 340g chocolate chips and mix well.
7.Shape cookies
Roll 2-3 Tablespoons (depending on how large you like your cookies) of dough at a time into balls and place them evenly spaced on your prepared cookie sheets.
8.Bake cookies
Bake in preheated oven for approximately to . Take them out when they are just barely starting to turn brown.
When you remove the cookies from the oven they will still look doughy. This is the secret that makes these cookies so absolutely amazing! Please, I beg you, do not over bake!
9.Cool on pan
Let them sit on the baking pan for before removing to cooling rack.
