Noodles with Chicken
A quick and easy stir-fried noodle dish with chicken strips, carrots, and leek in soy sauce. Instead of chicken, you can use vegetarian chicken pieces.

1.Prep ingredients
Start by preparing your ingredients. Slice the carrot and leek into thin strips, and cut the chicken strips into small pieces.
2.Cook noodles
Bring a large pot of water to boil. Add the 180g wok noodles and cook according to the package instructions. Once cooked, drain the noodles and set aside.
3.Cook chicken
Heat a large pan over medium heat. Add a bit of oil and then add the chicken strips pieces. Cook until the chicken is fully cooked through.
4.Cook vegetables
Add the sliced carrot and leek to the pan and cook until they are soft.
5.Combine everything
Add the cooked wok noodles to the pan with the chicken and vegetables. Pour in the soy sauce and mix everything together.
6.Serve hot
Serve the noodles with chicken while hot. Enjoy!
