
Vegetarian Lasagna
A great vegetarian lasagna made with vegetarian ragù and béchamel sauce.

Preheat the oven to 190ºC.

In a baking dish, stack even layers of Vegetarian Ragù, lasagna sheets, and Béchamel Sauce (in that order). Ensure that lasagna sheets are not double over large areas as to prevent uneven cooking.
You should aim to make 5 sets of those three layers. Between the first and second, and third and fourth sets, add 15g parmigiano reggiano.

Spread the rest of the parmigiano reggiano over the last layer of béchamel sauce.

Bake in the oven at 190ºC for . Let the lasagna cool for before serving.
